Yikai Charity Fund started and held One Love education aid performance in Yueqing Theatre. YueQing Volunteer Online and some other units participated. The theme of that performance was to provide a lighted corridor for devoting love and participating charity activity on the platform of Yikai Charity Fund, and to help those children who lived in rural mountainous area in Yueqing and in low-income families to receive education.
The activity was supported by municipal committee, municipal government and relative departments. All of them expressed that it was a good move and it was the most direct way to contribute to the education in Yueqing and the construction of building harmony society.
Yikai Charity Fund was established on the investment from Yikai of 2 million Yuan, authorized by Zhejiang Civil Affair Agency and supervised by Civil Affair Department of China. It had right and obligation to organize all kinds of charity, to do poverty-aid work, to raise charity fund and material, to assist the government to develop all sorts of charity and welfare activities and to establish various charity service agencies.
According to the introduction of the supervisor of Yikai Charity Fund, they had taken part in a lot of charity activity since the establishment. And now they wanted to solve the problem of education of those kids who lived in rural mountainous area and low-income families. They’d like more enterprises, unites and persons to join them, to interact with those poor students in pairs through devotion.
The performance raised 200,000 love funds in total.
